info@arizonaupa.org

Join us for the Arizona Usability Professionals Association (AZUPA) Chapter meeting on Thursday, March 10 from 6-8 p.m.*

Our invited guest for this meeting is Christopher Byra, who will be speaking on the importance of usability testing Mobile e-Commerce apps.

How Mobile-Commerce Magnifies the Importance of Usability Testing

Usability testing as well as performance testing and monitoring are important for an e-commerce site—but even more so for m-commerce (Mobile-Commerce) sites because of the small physical interface users must deal with. This session will walk attendees through how to measure usability and test and monitor performance of an m-commerce site, including such topics as what tasks to ask testers to perform, how to determine success rates or failures, and what to do with the information. It will also look at resources that retailers can tap to assist with mobile design testing.
