One of the current hot topics for my group is a debate on whether to use Confidence Intervals when reporting results of usability testing.
Jeff Sauro's work is being referenced in support of this approach. http://www.measuringusability.com/wald.htm
HFI and other sources are being referenced in opposition.
We would like for the local UPA community to weigh in on the discussion.
I am looking for guidance or best practices on creating foreign language mobile user stories once an English language mobile website it already launched.
